Terms of payment
All advertisements are invoiced according to the rate effective on date of issue. Payment must be to hand no later than 30 days form the date of invoice (Ult. month of insertion). All rates are in DKK and exclusive VAT (Value-Added Tax).
VAT
For agencies and advertisers in EU countries: Egmont Magasiner A/S will not charge Danish VAT on payment for insertion or advertisements, if the invoice is issued to an agency or advertiser in a EU country.
For agencies and advertiser in non-EU countries: According to the Danish legislation Egmont Magasiner A/S will charge Danish VAT on payment for insertion of advertisements, if the invoice is issued to an agency or advertiser in a non-EU country.
Voucher copies
One voucher copy is delivered per advertisement. Additional copies will be charged.
Corrections
Corrections to the original material must be delivered in writing. Egmont Magasiner A/S takes no responsibility for corrections given by phone.
Claims
Colour ads: Egmont Magasiner A/S holds no responsibility for minor deviations of colours ads. Egmont Magasiner A/S reserves the right to reject a claim for ads produced from material, which beforehand had been declared unsuitable for printing.
Cancellation/annulment
Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation fee: 10 - 50 %. Cancellation deadlines: Magazines: 7 weeks before publication date, Weeklies: 6 weeks before publication date.
Errors
No price reduction is allowed when Egmont Magasiner A/S is blameless for the error. Egmont Magasiner A/S is not responsible for errors in case the material was delivered after closing date for material. A possible compensation can never exceed the insertion price of the advertisement. Claims must be presented no later than 14 days after the insertion date.
Egmont Magasiner A/S reserves the right to: - refuse to accept an advertisement, even if the ad has been accepted or inserted previously. - move the insertion of reserved ads - provide an ad with the term “advertisement”, if the ad to Egmont Magasiner A/S’ view is confusable with editorial material.
